I used to stay at aloft. Now I’m in love with this place. Prices are a steal. Clean, quiet, modern rooms. First class service. All cute, friendly ladies at the front desk who cheerfully tolerate my bad Spanish.
The hotel just had a remake so everything looks brandnew and fresh, there's AC but some rooms can't get their windows opened. Buffet breakfast at the restaurant is tasteful and well prepared. A downsider is that WiFi access is seriously restricted to just one device per room.
It was a satisfying experience being at Malibú Hotel. First of all, staff were completely friendly and kind. Rooms were clean all time with necessary amenities. Beds are soft so you have deep sleep with no noisy. Rooms are well equiped. Rooms are comfortable and relaxing. I had some issues trying the elevator, however it doesn't make any difference. Buffet breakfast is delicious. Complete and delicious buffet in a good-looking restaurant. I felt completely comfortable and satisfied with staff service. Finally, swimming pool is excellent. Semi Olympic swimming pool has a nice view, clean water and grass in the surroundings. It was an excellent stay in Guadalajara. I'd complain about key cards, since as we were 4 in our rooms, we were given only one key card to enter the room.
My expirence there was amazing. Because the location is nice to do diferent thigs in the city and the infrastructure is very nice, The service was great because was very friendly, the food is quite delicious and the bedroom was very clean and spaciaous. I recomend this place because is wonderfull place.
Have been coming here for years and the place is clean and their service is outstanding... Make sure you include breakfast buffet when you book... You won't regret it.
Me and my family have been staying at this hotel for so many years. The service is excellent, the employees are so nice and always trying to help. The rooms are very clean, there's security plus you can walk next door to a mall!! I'm in love with this hotel.
Hotel staff spoke passable English and were friendly. Breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we experienced. We got a room in the tower which is the new rooms, it was really nice and had crazy water pressure especially for Mexico. Only downside was the door and bathroom was poorly insulated so you heard everything going on in the hallway and neighboring bathroom.
Great room and great location it is next to a mall so no need to go far for food. Pool is good size, people were very nice and service good!
